Authorized Class-action lawsuit
for People abused in Quebec Youth Protection Centre

The Quebec Superior Court has given the green light for a class-action lawsuit by people who were abused while under the care of the Province's youth protection system, as far back as 1950. There are potentially 500 Claimants who are asking for at least $500,000 in compensation each, plus punitive damages.

If you had been in care at Weredale House, 6 Weredale Park, Westmount, Quebec, from 1950 and forward, you can register to become a Claimant of the class-action lawsuit.
