Spacer Session Time Coach
  Orientation - Transition Set Up - Map to be supplied 7 AM TBA
  Start - Swim - 300 or 600m - Wetsuit 7:30 AM  
  Transition - Cherry Beach Park    
  Cycle - 5 or 10 km - Map to be Supplied    
  Transition - Cherry Beach Park    
  Run - 3 or 6 km - Water Front Path - Map to be supplied    
  Pack Up - to be completed by 9:30 AM
