- Learn to Swim - Basic Swim Skills
- Introduction to water
- Breathing, Balancing, Floating, sculling & kicking are covered
- Stroke Improvement: All 4 competitive strokes
- Total Immersion Techniques are followed
- Aquaphobia - Managing your Fear of Water
- 1on1 | 2on1 | Small groups
- Options available with regard to the size of classes and pool locations

Minimum of 6 x 1 hour water time $1680 + HST - includes private pool rental. Must be scheduled and paid in advance. Rates are subject to change.
Schedule: Expect to meet 2 to 3 times weekly; all sessions scheduled in advance

Equipment Suggested: Flippers
Location: To be shared with Coach Kelvin. there maybe a fee adjustment needed for your location. Pool MUST consent to having a swim coach on deck with swimmer. |

Minimum of 6 x 1 hour water time $960 + HST - Swims would be in a single lane during a Masters Swim Team Training Session. Must be scheduled and paid in advance. Rates are subject to change.
