1. Aquaphobia Sessions

Customized program, as needs specify, for each swimmer.
This is a learn to swim program or re-learn to swim program.
Sessions are a progression of drills and skill designed to create a positive relationship between the swimmer and the water.
Focus on an understanding that the swimmer holds the power of safety in the water; no reliance on exteral forces for support while swimming.

Cost: 10 x 1 hour session – $1750
1/2 Must be paid with registration

2. Aquaphobia Sessions - Your Pool

Customized program, as needs specify, for each swimmer.
This is a learn to swim program or re-learn to swim program.
Sessions are a progression of drills and skill designed to create a positive relationship between the swimmer and water.
Focus on an understanding that the swimmer holds the power of safety in the water; no reliance on exteral forces for support while swimming.
