NLS certification, love of swimming, ability to instruct, a valid
Drivers license, transportation (rollerblades and bike count; car
not essential), the ability to cross boarders and swimming in open
water.
Willingness to: General
Learn Total
Immersion techniques, be open to new coaching ideas,
open water swim and travel.
Paid:
Good starting hourly rate.
Hours:
Minimal in Feb/Mar/April - 2-4 hours per week
May-Sept - 4-10 hours per week (+ room to grow your own cliental)
