Perfectly wonderful sunny afternoon, warm with little wind.

Floating clumps of organic material, floating up from the bottom (it's like the bottom is releasing all this stuff that has been there all winter as the new growth starts). Water is getting c learer. There was an interesting wave mtion in the lake; when heading east you rode it, when heading west, it created a challenging swim.
Notes: Group of 8 swimmers and a 9th showed by the end of the session. Jock stood by guarding for the session again.
Focus: Long 300-400m course, which kept the group fairly shallow. Sighting, breathing pattern focus.

Question/Comment:
Great swim, guys. I don't know why I always get so seasick. The rolling waves weren't that bad, but the seasickness just crept up on me! Great day for a swim though. It was a beautiful evening and including my warmup, it must have been around 3.5-4k for me!

First Name: Mona
Question/Comment: There were eight of us swimmers at Cherry Beach. And eventually LotStreetWiz joined us to make it nine..... More
