Oddly foggy day. The fog was thick over the lake and just continuted to roll in. Visibility on the lake was generally good for 200m or so. | |

| Notes: | 7 Athletes arrived excited to swim. Just as we started, it started raining slightly. By the time we'd reached our first stop - Cedar Beach - the rain was pouring down and thunder could be heard, not far away. We had to walk back to Musselman Beach - cancelled swim. | |

Clear, bright, cheery. Weeds are coming up. | |
| Notes: | 3 very enthusiastic swimmers who enjoyed the swim. All did run afterward. | |
| Focus: | Activity - 'Follow that Buoy' - lead swimmer tows the buoy other swimmers follow for a tour of the lake - 2km swim | |

Clear, calm, not a ripple | |
| Notes: | Great swim on a calm day with 5 swimmers committed to swimming open water. | |
| Focus: |
Swam up the middle of the lake and back (more for some swimmers). Swimming is deep water away from the shore is an exercise in remaining in control. |
