- Activity: Signing waivers, cabin assignments, scoping out the campsite
- Activity: Divide into swimming groups, based on speed. May require getting wet. Coach Kelvin may wish to see swimmers in the water
- Activity: Setting up water courses

- 8 am to 9:15 am - Open Water Skill - Coach Kelvin (Sighting, Breathing patterns, cornering, long strokes) - 1:15 hours
- 9:30 am - Breakfast
- 10:30 - 11:30 am - Workshop #1: Stroke Shaping / Facilitator: Coach Kelvin Landolt
- 12 noon to 1:30 pm - Swim - 1.5 hours
- 1:45 pm - Lunch
- Rest
- 4 pm to 6:15 pm - Swim - 2:15 hours
- 6:30 - Dinner
- 8:30 pm - Campfire Snack
- 9:00 pm - Workshop #2: Campfire Open Water Swim Open Forum / Facilitator: Coach Kelvin Landolt
