| College Board of Directors (CBD): |
| An active body thats works to facilitate decisions to further the betterment of the Society
- Directors are elected by Active Members of the College of Monarchs in attendance at a duly appointed meeting.
- All Directors hold office until the next election, as determined by the College Board of Directors.
- Any College Member can call for a College Board of Director meeting.
- A quorum of 3 members of the CBD should be in attendance at CBD meeting. When there are less, business can be conducted as needed.
Duties of the College Board of Directors:
- To process the business of the College of Monarchs.
- To host an annual Candidate Application meeting where Candidates for Emperor and Empress are approved.
- To appoints Regents, as needed.
- Manages the lands of the Realm.
- Maintain the history of The Imperial Court of Toronto.

| College of Monarchs: |
Purpose of the College of Monarchs: The College of Monarchs is operated under the College Bylaws, proclamations and directed by the College Board of Directors.
- To act as an advisory
board to The Imperial Court of Toronto.
- To act as an advisory board to the reigning Monarchs/Regents.
- Hosts Candidate Interviews, which approves or denies the candidates to run as Emperor or Empress.
- Crown the newly elected Monarch(s).
- Appoints Regents, as determined by the College Board of Directors.
- Manages the lands of the Realm.
- Maintain the history of The Imperial Court of Toronto.
Duties of each College Member:
- To participate in any TICOT events.
- To participate in College of Monarchs events.
- To advise
as requested.
- To participate on the College Board of Directors.
- To Vote at Candidate Interview meetings (Active Members Only).
- To attend Candidate Interview meetings.
- To participate in Crowning Ceremonies at the annual Coronation Ball.
- To foster the betterment of the Society.
College Life Time Membership Status: As membership in the College is for life, it is understood that participation is not required to retain membership. However, in order for the College to function as a body, there must be some understanding of each member's intended participation: Therefore, there will be two (2) states of this life time membership:
- Active - Participating in TICOT activities, communicating with the CBD, sitting on the CBD, attending/participating in CBD meetings.
- Inactive - Not participating in TICOT activities, communicating with the CBD, sitting on the CBD, attending/participating in CBD meetings.
Status (Active or Inactive) of each College Member will be determined by each member's participation in the past year - prior12 months.
When a member is not active for one (1) year their status will be determined as Inactive automatically.
Inactive members can become Active by simply participating in TICOT activities, communicating with the CBD, sitting on the CBD or attending/participating in CBD meeting.
