The Imperial Court of Toronto The Imperial Court of Toronto's Reign History
Reign 1 / 1987 TMS
'The Court of the Cow
'The House Fun, Unity and Nonesense'

We watched with fascination as a gang of young people with a gleam in their hearts and strong Vancouver roots pushed to establish the International Court System here in Toronto. Lady Lane Bovine (Carlos Misseri), was appointed the first Empress of Toronto by Ted North - Empress of Canada. Together with this consort Richard Denney and the Court of the Cow pioneers:

Gerry Arthurs (Zelda), Bill Pawlyk, Stephen Selmenci, Steven Russel, Don Gallagher (DVP3) and Greg Hayes. Carlos pushed to lauch the first conronation ball. Drawing heavily for attendance and support from the bowling league and D.Q., the highly successful "Prom You Never Went To", was a wild and fun lift-off for the newly formed Trillium Monarchist Society. Out of the chaotic voting at this party, the lovely Lauren Michaels and the sexy and charming Sergio Appolloni emerged as the first elected Empress and Emperor of the infant society. This delightful couple set the standard for the future courts: grace, style, fundraising, a high profile and a great sense of fun.
