The first elected Monarchs, Sergio and Lauren endured themselves to the community with events raising funds and F.U.N. Drag had been totally 'out' for several years and the court offered events and venues that once again glamorize 'dressing up' again. Sergio's home bar was Le Chez Moi up on Handen Street - Lesbian bar. Lauren's home was Club Colby's with George Pratt. It was truely amazing to see the reserection of Drag in the entire community in just one year. It was a special time, when audiences connected with this new polished look at an old rumor of Drag.
