• Current Monarch(s) - 1 or 2 positions (1 vote each)
• Executive - up to 5 positions elected by the Membership (1 vote each)
• Ball Coordinator - 1 appointed by the Monarch(s) (ex-officio, no vote)
• Minister of Protocol - 1 appointed by the Monarch(s) (ex-officio, no vote)
• College Reps - up to 2 appointed by the College of Monarchs (1 vote each)

The Executive is responsible for the adminstration of the organization on a year to year basis.

The Imperial Court of Toronto is governed by a Constitution (word doc or PDF) and a set of Bylaws, which are updated and kept current through membership vote at General Meetings and by the Executive.
